Razan Jafar is a Director of Crescent Petroleum, focusing on the company's legal matters and business services. She also serves as Secretary of the Dana Gas International Advisory Board. Prior to joining Crescent Petroleum, Razan qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with the Norton Rose Group.
Razan has worked with the London, Paris, and Dubai offices of the Norton Rose Group. She has also worked alongside Professor James Crawford as a Research Associate at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (LCIL) at Cambridge University, where she assisted Professor Crawford and his colleagues on major international law publications.
Razan obtained her BA and MA in Law from Newnham College, Cambridge University, UK.
